Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all cities and governorates across Egypt.

• Orders are processed within 2-7 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require confirmation before processing.

Estimated delivery time:

• Cairo, Giza, Beheira & Alexandria: 2–4 business days
• Other Governorates: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and location.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or on orders above a certain amount (if applicable).

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number via SMS or email (if available). You can use this number to track your shipment with the courier company. You can also use our Track Order page.

If the customer is unreachable or provides incorrect information, the order may be delayed or returned. Re-shipping fees may apply in such cases.

Sheen Scene is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier service issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or incorrect address details. However, we will always assist in resolving any delivery concerns.
