1. No Returns or Exchanges – Hygiene Policy
For the safety and well-being of all our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any beauty, skincare, or personal care products. Once a product has been delivered and accepted, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased during clearance or special promotions (if stated as non-refundable)
- Gift cards (if applicable)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product, a defective item, or the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund if approved.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a mistake from our side. The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
